CBSE 10th result 2016 date: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to declare CBSE result 2016 class 10 in third week of May on its official website cbseresults.nic.inand results.nic.in (or results.gov.in). As many as 14,99,122 candidates, who registered for the examination, are now anxiously waiting for CBSE class 10 results 2016 (both board-based and school-based) to be declared so that they can plan their future academic progress based on how well they scored here. STEP 1. Visit the official website cbseresults.nic.in, or results.nic.in (results.gov.in)
STEP 2. Click on CBSE class 10 results 2016
STEP 3. Enter your registration number, name and date of birth
STEP 4. Check your result and then download the PDF copy of the scorecard
STEP 5. Take a print out of the PDF copy of your result. But don’t forget to collect the official hard copy of the result from your respective institute
CBSE has a good previous record in terms of stats about passing and failing percentage. In the year 2012, CBSE had a passing percentage of more than 97.86 which means that out of every 100 students, 97 of them passed the exam. In 2013, the passing percentage increased to 98.19 and in that year, there were more than 7 hundred thousand students who participated in the exams. 2014 saw another improvement in the passing percentage as it improved from 98.19 to 98.76 from 2013 to 2014. The passing percentage in 2015 again aggravated with a total of 98.87 percent of the students passing the exam.
